The outdoor heated pool was a hit with the kids it was centrally located and spacious enough for them to play around. Staff was really helpful in pointing me to the best local spots for dinner.

It wasn't exactly cheap but it was reasonable for what you get.

While the breakfast spread offered basic options, I would love to see an expanded menu. My room, a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, was clean but dated, featuring worn-out carpets in need of a deep clean. Though the staff was eager to help, there were moments of service inconsistency, especially during busy check-ins. A broken ice machine during my stay made grabbing snacks from nearby areas a hassle. Overall, it served as a decent stop, but some updates and better attention to detail would greatly enhance the experience.

I had a delightful stay at Best Western Shadow Inn! The continental breakfast was well organized and provided a variety of options, and I appreciated the clean, comfortable bedding in my room. The staff were kind and seemed genuinely happy to help, making me feel welcome.

There are cleanliness issues, dirty carpets, stained sheets, and uncleaned bathrooms!!! Check-in processes are inconsistent and can be quite confusing!!! The lack of basic amenities like soap and shampoo needs urgent attention!!!

i had a great stay at best western! the rooms were super clean, and the lobby and breakfast area were inviting. i really appreciated the friendly staff who quickly met all our needs. plus, my daughter loved the pool area, and the floaties they provided made it a memorable trip for us.

It was just a proper fit for a getaway in Woodland with reasonable price. The bed was soft, which helped me get a decent night's sleep after a long drive. Bring your own USB chargers since there are no ports in the rooms.
